Dr. Mohamed Buheji
Dr. Buheji is the founder of the International Inspiration Economy Project (IIEP), which includes International Institutes of Inspirational Economy and Youth Economy Forums. He is a thinker that focuses on finding exploiting opportunities from the intrinsic power of the communities, organisation and the individuals. Since 2015, Dr Buheji managed to develop and field test four main new global concepts: Inspiration Economy, Youth Economy, Resilience Economy and Future Foresight Economy. He supported his concept with more than 300 applied field projects in more than 32 community. His focus on areas of Excellence, Knowledge, Innovation, Inspiration, Change Management, Enhancement of Competitiveness, Future Foresight, Socio-economic problem solving, Power of Thinking, Lifelong Learning, Curiosity and Poverty Economy; besides his multidisciplinary holistic thinking helped him bring lots of creative solutions to complex problems for both governments and societies. Besides being a visiting professor for many universities after the retirement from Bahrain University, Dr Buheji is also the Founder of the International Journal of Inspiration & Resilience Economy and International Journal of Youth Economy.

Dr. Dunya Ahmed
Dr Dunya joined the international inspiration economy project as a co-founder in mid of 2016. As a professor in Social Sciences at the University of Bahrain, Dr Dunya played a major role in developing the community development programs, especially for developing countries where the inspiration labs were initiated since then.
He role as Strategic Planning & Development Adviser in Supreme Council for Women and her expertise in participating in the development of national strategy for the Advancement of Bahraini women since 2011 gave her the edge to focus on women empowerment programs that the inspiration economy project carries all over the world.
Today, Dr Dunya is leading the international inspiration economy projects initiatives relevant to Scientific Committees, Conferences, and Forums, besides supporting the management of the peer-reviewed journals. She is also on the editorial board of several international scientific journals. In addition, Dr Dunya is the Chairperson of the Inspiration Economy Society in Bahrain.
Dr Dunya had many publications with more than 50 paper and books, with a focus on areas of inspiration, youth, women, people of disabilities. She co-authored many publications with Dr Buheji since 2016. Her publications could be reached on
